Ghee, the elixir of life can retain its lively properties only when processed in a correct way.

This ghee is not butter oil or clarified butter or cream ghee. This is not the regular ghee but the REAL DESI GHEE.

We prepare ghee by TRADITIONAL BILONA METHOD & make use of only the A2 COW MILK of indigenous cattle such as Sahiwal, Rathi, Tharparkar and Red Sindhi for processing ghee.

The quality of milk/curd/butter/ghee depends on how well the cattle is nurtured. Ours is a small farm where we treat the cows not as a source of income or wealth but as a source of health.

We naturally grow the fodder on the farm to feed the cows and don’t use any hormone injections and believe that milk will be healthy only if the cow is healthy.

What makes our Ghee different from others?

1. Desi Ghee: Ghee made only with cow’s milk (A2 milk):

We only use the milk of Indian native cattle such as Sahiwal, Rathi, Tharparkar & Red Sindhi for the preparation of ghee. This is the REAL Desi ghee made only with the superior, indigenous Cattle’s (cow) milk that is A2 certified by NBAGR Karnal and no added preservatives.

2. Handmade Ghee:

Right from milking to making ghee, we use the traditional Bilona method and make use of earthen pots to boil the milk, make the curd and use wooden churners to obtain unsalted butter (makkan) from the curd which is hand-stirred on a low-intensity flame for 10-12 hours, to get the superior quality ghee.

3. Ours is a farm, not a factory:

We don’t treat cows as milking machines but as a source of health. We don’t inject any growth hormones or drugs. We save a satisfying amount for the calf and collect only what a cow can easily give.

Our ancestors made us learn that the process of making the produce for wealth is absolutely different from the way of making them for health. We won’t force the cattle for artificial pregnancies but have our own bulls for mating. The cattle here are happy moms because first 30% of the milk is left for the calves.

For us, when we say cows, they are only Desi cattle, and making ghee means milk-curd-hand churned butter and melting the butter to ghee in earthen pots. It has no additives, nor has it been subjected to any complicated processing. It has been set in our mind for ages.

So, we brag that our Desi A2 ghee has the following properties with all the essence of milk and rather than the ghee obtained by heating the cream directly from milk.
